 SNOWMEN PEANUT BUTTER BALLS Whatabout ye folks, back again with another Christmas treat.  I have to admit though as pretty confident as I am in my cooking and baking abilities, the one thing I can admit defeat on is decorating my bakes.  These poor little snowmen, oh how I feel for them, teehee.  They may look a bit odd, but they taste amazing particularly with the beautiful white chocolate from Callebaut.  It's really a superior chocolate brand (not sponsored.....I wish, teehee) and it may be expensive (like everything these days) but when you make an item with so little ingredients, you want them to taste amazing. I made these a few years ago, but made them as a single ball covered in dark Callebaut chocolate.  But this year I thought I'd try the snowmen as I know white chocolate goes great with peanut butter.  These do need to be stored in the fridge as there is butter in the recipe and you don't want it melting in the body of the snowman and going...

Whatabout ye folks, it's Lee here.  Back with something a little different for my Craft Blog, so I completely understand if you don't want to watch a video with a recipe for chocolate ice-cream.  But then again.......IT'S CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM!  Everyone loves chocolate ice-cream.  This recipe has been handed down from my Grandmother, to my wee Mamma and then onto me.  According to my Grandmother, this is a secret family recipe that is not to be shared, lol....but considering I've been making it now for 20 years which is longer than anyone else....I now consider this MY chocolate ice-cream recipe and I think I've earned the right to share it..teehee.......she says bravely.....not one bit worried in the slightest......about the wrath of her 92 year old Grandmother, teehee.
