 Something a little different - homemade chocolate ice-cream recipe A scoop of homemade chocolate ice-cream with a big helping of homemade pavlova with fresh cream. Whatabout ye folks, it's Lee here.  Back with something a little different for my Craft Blog, so I completely understand if you don't want to watch a video with a recipe for chocolate ice-cream.  But then again.......IT'S CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM!  Everyone loves chocolate ice-cream.  This recipe has been handed down from my Grandmother, to my wee Mamma and then onto me.  According to my Grandmother, this is a secret family recipe that is not to be shared, lol....but considering I've been making it now for 20 years which is longer than anyone else....I now consider this MY chocolate ice-cream recipe and I think I've earned the right to share it..teehee.......she says bravely.....not one bit worried in the slightest......about the wrath of her 92 year old Grandmother, teehee. This ice-cream is EXTREME...
