Crafty Loops

New flower - Beautiful Rose made from Cardstock I really wish the photo showed how it truly looks....its so much prettier in real life   Oh my giddy aunt you lot, I was so excited to show you all this flower that I only made one before taking loads of "Strike a pose" photos and running on here to show you it!  But boy did I make that little rose work for its water!  Poor thing is exhausted from its photo shoot!!  "Wired to the moon as per usual"....I hear you sigh! Lookie, lookie........isn't she purdy (which evidently is my maiden name by the way....not Lookie you numpties....Purdy!).  I made this using the Spellbinders Rose Creation die, cutting just one of the middle sized flower cuts.  This was made using 5 of the same sized flower and then one more to make the leaves.  The die actually does have leaves you can cut.....but I didn't have any to hand so I just used the extra flower I had sitting and used my new distress ink (Thanks Debbi xx) to col

Stickpins, Flowers and Ghouls My Country Kitchen Collection of Flowers - Circles cut using Sizzix Circle Die Felt Rolled Roses using Sizzix 3D Flower Die Stickpins Galore! Yes, I have more flowers to show.........as always but also some stickpins.  Now again this is heavy on the photos but its for my own records.  Im not gonna waffle ("Say What Girlfriend?".....said with an over exaggerated America accent!) as there are quite a few photos and I want to get through them all.  I know, I know......Loops not waffling......Tis a strange day indeed. Admittedly some of the stickpins will NOT be to everyone's taste.  Those who follow my blog will know I dabble in a bit of Steampunk too (see altered guitar in a previous post) and some of the stickpins are a little Steampunkish/Gothic...ey style so Im very much aware that there are some who will not even give them the time of day.......BUT, I love'em. So here we go........heres what Ive been up to....

My First Altered Chocolate Box Altered Chocolate box I've made BEWARE.....A LOT OF PHOTOS But its so I can keep a record of what Ive done! Its not a tutorial...more of a "what I did" post as this is my first time doing one of these Yes, thats right.  My scrummy hubby, or should I call him "Scrubby" kindly bought me a box of choccies the other week.  Noooooooo, he didnt put a dent in the car, or buy something stupid (thats usually me does that!) Nor is he playing away from home or has a guilty conscience!  Heehee.  No tricks at all, my husband is merely a big suck and romantic and is always buying me flowers and chocolates.  Always has done......of course he would never admit to being a big softie.  No need to admit it Scrubby.........Ive gone and done it for you and just told everyone over the internet, haahaa!
