Handmade Sloth from a Payitforward Design

Handmade Sloth from a Payitforward Design
What about ye folks, it's Lee here.  I know I have been quiet lately, but I'm here today to show you a super cute and cuddly sloth that I made, using Lisa Pay's design from her Payitforward YouTube channel.  Again, this is one of Lisa's free patterns and as always, her tutorial for this Sloth is second to none.  Anyone can make one of these little dudes and he's so soft and cuddly as he's made with polar fleece.  As always, I will list my shopping list below for everything I used to make this wee guy.

Now, this little dude might be hanging out on his own in these photos, but he won't be alone for long as he has a new home already.  He's going to live with my wee brother's girlfriend, Rose, who absolutely loves Sloths.  I made her my Large Sloth tote bag as a Christmas gift last year.  The poor girl is going to be coming down with Sloth items, teehee.
He was so incredibly easy to make and I'd say he was the quickest animal/stuffed toy I've made yet.  I loved working with the polar fleece.  So soft and absolutely NO MESS when cutting it.  I love how sweet his wee face is with his cool little hairdo.
This won't be the last time you see this wee guy.  Once I realised how easy he was to make and how lovely the polar fleece was to work with, I've decided to make my wee nephew and 2 nieces one each too.  So, watch this space.....3 more are a'coming, lol.

No doubt I will be back to show you the 3 other sloths I make....hopefully I won't be as slow as a sloth when making them....ugh......I'm sorry, that was terrible, teehee.  I think I am going to make them in a different coloured fleece to see how they turn out.  We'll see.  I hope you are all having a nice start to your Summer and it's sunny and warm where you are.  Northern Ireland has had a very disappointing start to our Summer.  I don't think I remember a start to our Summer when it's been so dull and cloudy.  We are below our average temperature for this time of year and the winds have been so strong.  Today was  the first time that the sun peeked it's head out but it was very brief and quickly disappeared behind thick cloud again......so much for a heat wave this week....well, what do I expect.....it's Northern Ireland, lol.

That's it from me folks......Toodles Noodles.....Lee aka Crafty Loops xx
