Some more fluffy handmade fabric flowers
JUST A NOTE: There was a question on my comments below as to whether I made these flowers or not. Yes, I did. All my own work, made from scratch.......all by me! And in case there is any doubt, I have a great big blister on my finger where I burned myself with my glue gun putting the little fluffers together! LOL. Glue guns...eh? Cant stick to'em and cant stick without'em!! Heehee.
After posting my wee white fluffy flowers, I had said they would look lovely in different colours, different materials etc. And a few of you had suggest brown and cream. So I came up with some that Im calling "Coffee and Creams", "Meringue floats" and "whipped creams" fabric flowers......hmmmmmm, all that has me craving desserts! These are all made using the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals die and the fabrics Ive used are lace and different satin fabrics, brown, cream, white and cream and white stripes. Again I have used the large 12mm flat back pearls on both the smaller and larger flowers.
I also made a few wee spiral paper roses. I just made them from plain white cardstock and put a wee pearl in the centres and then painted on some stickles. For some reason the photos have made them look quite purple but they are white. I think it must be the stickles making it look that colour. Either way, I think they are lovely. I do have a tutorial to put up for different spiral flowers, hopefully it will be posted next week sometime......so watch this space for more flower tutorials. Ohhh and I have another few flowers to show you too with just stripes of paper and a few other wee bits and bobs....hmmmmmmm, intriguing eh??
Now back to my little Fluffy Goodness Flowers.......I think theres a brand name forming there.......!! Here are the photos, tell me what you think of them. Any feedback is always welcome.
